I currently welcome adults ages 18 - 63 who are looking for a more personal and accessible approach to primary care.
At this time, I am unable to accept patients enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid. I do hope to expand eligibility to these patients in the future as my practice continues to grow. Thank you for understanding as I build a practice where I can give each patient the time, attention and personalized care that they deserve.

During enrollment, you will be asked for your payment information to complete registration - but your monthly membership will be billed in arrears, meaning you will be charged after the applicable month of care rather than upfront.
The only charge due at registration is the $100 enrollment fee.
The exception is Annual Memberships, which are paid upfront to take advantage of the discount.
